The two waterfalls are seperated by a water pool where locals swim when the weather gets warm. Football teams are also frequent visitors for group after workout baths.
Pol an Eas (often known as Poll An Easa) is in Aughnasheelin and is located just under 5km away from Ballinamore and is one of many hidden treasures in the area. The area has undergone considerable funding in the past few years to include a car park, seating area with BBQ section and LED lighting.
